A vacancy has arisen for a Receptionist / Debtors & Creditors Clerk at Halfway Hyundai Knysna.
Manage reception area and perform all front desk duties, including handling calls, welcoming visitors, and maintaining a professional company image. Perform various administrative tasks and provide customer service support. Manage debtors and creditors, including monitoring accounts receivable/payable. Issue invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and reconcile accounts. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and maintaining accurate financial records. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Support general financial administration and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Grade 12, A diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field will be advantageous.
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience in reception and/or administration. At least 1–2 years’ experience as a Debtors/Creditors Clerk or in a similar role. Previous switchboard experience will be advantageous. Strong understanding of accounting principles.
Confident, well-presented, and friendly with excellent customer service abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Efficient, organized, and able to multitask.
