A vacancy has arisen for a Stock Controller / Invoicing Clerk at Halfway Hyundai Knysna.
Perform daily stock checks and update stock records on the Dealer Management System. Receive and process traded-in and purchased vehicles, including transfers between dealerships. Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and other dealers. Assist the Sales Manager in the daily running of the sales and production department. Ensure all vehicle orders, OTPs, and supporting documentation are completed accurately and timeously. Issue order numbers, liaise with suppliers, and request supplier invoices. Invoice sold vehicles and maintain updated vehicle master records. Compile and print vehicle reports as required by management. Handle petty cash, reconcile cash floats, and process reimbursements when required. Perform general administration including filing, archiving, and compiling monthly reports.Provide relief reception duties when required. Support the sales team with general administration and ad hoc duties.
The successful candidate should have a matric/Grade 12 , and/ or equivalent related qualification and a valid Code 8 / or C1 Driver's license.
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in stock control, invoicing, or vehicle administration in the motor industry. Experience within a dealership environment is an advantage.
The successful candidate must be computer literate in excel, word, internet and emails, and have excellent administration skills. Must be a good team player that will be able to work under pressure.
