A vacancy has arisen for a Service Advisor to assist with providing professional customer service at Lexus Fourways. 

The successful candidate will be required to perform key tasks including greeting customers, accurately identifying and recording customer needs, providing cost estimates, monitoring work-in-progress, maintaining regular contact with customers, updating them on the progress of their vehicles, and completing the handover back to the customer.

The successful candidate must have Grade 12, technical knowledge and a valid driver's license. Familiarity with Toyota/Lexus vehicles would be advantageous.

The successful candidate should have atleast 2 years of experience working as a Service Advisor within a dealership environment. 

The successful candidate must be able to offer exceptional customer service. The candidate must be able to communicate very well and be flexible on working hours depending on customer needs.
