A vacancy has arisen for an Aftersales Manager at Halfway Hyundai, Western Cape. Accountable for the effective management of Budget (Cost and Sales), Key Stakeholder Engagements, Technical and Service Excellence, Parts, Compliance, and People Development.

Ensure cost containment and growth, as per the agreed budget. Draft and maintain approved budgets. Establish and maintain relationshipswith relevant stakeholders. Ensure overall customer experience at a rate of more than (provide ratio) for the department. Manage the implementation of all relevant regulatory, legislative and industry requirements, policies and procedures.Ensure effective communication between the service and parts departments. Ensure that the dealership maintains the required performance standards. Ensure that obsolete stock is tracked, written off and sold at preferential rates, or as per negotiation with the OEM's annual buy back

Minimum a Grade 12 / Matric, Completed relevant OEM training would be advantageous. Drivers license.

Minimum 2 years parts management experience in a dealership environment. 3 yesrs parts sales.

Excellent customer service orientation / attitude.
