A vacancy has arisen for a Service Advisor at our Toyoyta Malanda Dealership (KwaZulu - Natal) South Coast Umkomaas.

The successful candidate will be required to perform key tasks including greeting customers, accurately identifying and recording customer needs, providing cost estimates, monitoring work-in-progress. maintaining regular contact with customers, updating them on the progress of their vehicles and completing the handover back to the customer. 

The successful candidate must have matric, technical knowledge and a valid driver's licence. Familiarity with Toyota vehicles is advantageous. 

The successful candidate should have atleast 3 years of experience working as a service advisor within the dealership environment.

The successful candidate must be able to offer exceptional customer service. The candidate must be able to communicate very well and be flexible on working hours depending on customer needs.
