Overview of Role

A vacancy has arisen for a Service Advisor to assist with providing professional customer service at Halfway Lexus Pretoria. 

Responsibilities

The suitable candidate will be required to perform key tasks including greeting customers; accurately identifying and recording customer needs; providing costs estimates; monitoring work-in-progress; maintaining regular contact with customers; updating them on the progress of their vehicles; and completing the handover back to the customer. 

Qualification

The suitable candidate must have matric, technical knowledge and a valid driver's license. Familiarity with Toyota vehicles is advantageous.

Experience

The suitable candidate should have 2 years of experience working as a Service Advisor within the dealership environment. 

Personal Characteristics

The suitable candidate must be able to offer exceptional customer service. The candidate must be able to communicate very well and be flexible on working hours dependening on customer needs.
