Overview of Role

A vacancy has arisen for a Rental Sales Agent at Halfway Go, Cape Town. The suitable candidate will be required to provide exceptional customer service while processing rental transactions, promoting products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves handling vehicle rentals, reservations, upselling waivers and accessories, and maintaning accurate administrative reports and ensuring the smooth delivery and return of vehicles.

Responsibilities

The suitable candidate will be required to perform the following tasks; Customer service and Front desk, Reservation and Rental processing, Sales and Upselling, Administration and Reporting, and Compliance and Risk management.

Qualification

The suitable candidate must have Grade 12, and Computer Literacy (Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel).

Experience

The suitable candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of administration and/or customer service experience.

Personal Characteristics

The suitable candidate shuld be honest, and reliable, strong customer service attitude/orientation, and must be able to work under pressure.
