Overview of Role

A vacancy has arisen for a Receptionist(Switchboard Operator) at Halfway Mahindra Umhlanga.

Responsibilities

The suitable candidate must be able to perform all switchboard operator and various administrative tasks and be friendly hostess to all our customers. 

Qualification

The suitable candidate must have Grade 12, proficient computer skills, excellent telephone manners, and people skills.

Experience

The suitable candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience and previous switchboard experience would be an added advantage.

The suitable candidate must be confident, well presented, friendly and efficient in all aspects, be able to communicate well, and have the ability to offer our customers excellent customer service.
