Overview of Role
A vacancy has arisen within Halfway Hino Shelly Beach for a Parts Manager. To manage Parts Department and to achieve objectives in operating policies, procedures and department standards to achieve high level of customer satisfaction and maintain satisfactory service to dealership departments.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate would be required to provide professional parts service to all customers and attain targets. The candidate must be able to build new relationships with new customers.
Qualification
The successful candidate must have a Grade 12 / Matric, Management course and a valid Code 10 driver's license.
Experience
The successful candidate must have 4 years or more experience in Hino / Trucks Parts and be able to use all Hino systems. The candidate must have dealt with customers telephonically and face-to-face. Excellent customer service is essential.
Personal Characteristics
The successful candidate must be able to communicate, have product knowledge, have good time management, and be proactive. They must have an existing customer database and must be able to work under pressure.
