Overview of Role
A vacancy has arisen for a Service Administrator at Halfway Toyota Fourways. To provide a professional and efficient administrative support function to the Service departments and to support the Service Advisor.
Responsibilities
The suitable candidate will be responsible for the following; Welcome, assist and diirect all walk-in customers; Ensure that guests are informed of delays and comfortable; Assist with generating additional bookings to meet required targets; Follow-up to ensure that all parts are available as per work to be done; Follow-up with on unmet appointments to re-schedule the bookings and Liase wilth drivers/service advisors for deliveries and drop-offs. Ensure presence at receptions, arrange for stand-in and inform stand-in of times to assist. Generate quotation, as and when requested, for the service Advisor/Client. provide administrative support to Service Department (booking on e-Toyota, filling, contacting clients to arrange bookings for ordered parts, co-ordinationof drivers).
Qualification
The suitable candidate must have Grade 12, computer literate with strong competence in Excel and Outlook. An Administrative qualfication, Automotive administration and knowledge of Service Plus would be advantageous.
Experience
The suitable candidate must have at least 2 years of reception and administrative experience.

The suitable candidate must be reliable, friendly, detail-orientated, ability to work under pressure and can resolve issues efficiently and timeously.
