Overview of Role

A vacancy has arisen for a Finance and Insurance Assistant at Halfway ICAUR Durban Central to provide our customers with comprehensive finance and insurance service

Responsibilities

The role of a F & I Assistant is to assist the F&I Manager to maximize the second gross profitability, by qualifying the clients’ specific needs and presenting the effective solution comprising the approved VAPs and services, while ensuring that RISK is minimized. Many key tasks include contacting banks and insurance companies, obtaining quotes, completing necessary paperwork and advising customers accordingly. There are also month end procedures to be followed.

Qualification

Applicants must have Matric / Grade 12, must be FAIS complaint, NCA registered and have good communication skills. Full F&I Qualification a requirement.

Experience

Candidates should have around 2 - 3 years’ experience in Finance and Insurance. Motor Industry experience would be an added advantage.

Personal Characteristics

The successful candidate must have excellent administration skills and good numeracy, communication and customer skills.
