Overview of Role
A vacancy has arisen for a Service Advisor to assist with providing professional customer service at Halfway Toyota Honeydew.
Responsibilities
The suitable candidate will be required to perform key tasks, including greeting customers, accurately identifying and recording customer needs, providing cost estimates, monitoring work-in-progress, maintaining regular contact with customers, updating them on the progress of their vehicles, and completing the handover back to the customer.
Qualification
The suitable candidate must have a matric, technical knowledge, and a valid driver's license. Familiarity with Toyota vehicles is advantageous.
Experience
The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working as a Service Advisor within a dealership environment.
Personal Characteristics
The suitable candidate must be able to offer exceptional customer service. The candidate must be able to communicate very well and be flexible on working hours depending on customer needs.
