Overview of Role
A vacancy has arisen for an Invocing Clerk at Halfway Ford Waterfall, Kwazulu Natal.
Responsibilities
Invoice sold vehicles and maintain updated vehicle master records. Compile and print vehicle reports as required by management. Handle petty cash, reconcile cash floats, and process reimbursements when required. Perform general administration including filing, archiving, and compiling monthly reports. Provide relief reception duties when required. Support the sales team with general administration and ad hoc duties.
Qualification
The successful candidate should have a matric/Grade 12 , and/ or equivalent related qualification and a valid Code 8 / or C1 Driver's license.
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in stock control, invoicing, or vehicle administration in the motor industry. Experience within a dealership environment is an advantage.
Personal Characteristics
The successful candidate must be computer literate in excel, word, internet and emails, and have excellent administration skills. Must be a good team player that will be able to work under pressure.
