Overview of Role
Two vacancies are available for New Vehicles Sales Executives at Halfway MG Waterfall.
Responsibilities
Responsible for generating leads and closing sales. Timeously following up and qualifying leads. Prospect for new business. Build a pipeline and database of prospective clients. Be well-informed about the stock available to make educated recommendations to customers. Knowledge of costs, potential "add-ons" to offer, and an understanding of various pricing structures. Driven to achieve volume, gross profit and customer satisfaction targets as set by the dealership and manufacturer. Activity driven, maintaining accurate records of activities. Work together with the F&I to facilitate a deal the customer is satisfied with, while yielding the highest return for the dealership. Uphold and improve company brand.
Qualification
Ideally the candidate should have the following qualifications: Grade 12, Marketing Diploma or tertiary qualification and a valid driver's license.
Experience
Minimum 3 years vehicle sales experience is crucial, contactable references and 4 months commission sheets/ payslips which demonstrates a sales record of selling (6) or more vehicles per month.
Personal Characteristics
Must be able to work in a Corporate Dealer environment. The successful candidate must be highly motivated, passionate, energetic, determined to succeed and have excellent people skills. Customer relationship management is a key factor, as is networking ability. Good admin and computer skills.
