Overview of Role

A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Workshop Manager at Halfway Toyota Ottery. The successful candidate will effectively control the work activities and labour sales of the service department to obtain high quality workmanship, maximum customer satisfaction and optimum departmental profitability.

Responsibilities

The workshop manager will be responsible for the profitable management of the service department. The manager will be required to identify and implement measures to strengthen competitiveness and sales. The candidate must have the ability lead staff and provide excellent levels of service to customers. Carry out additional duties from time to time at the discretion of management.

Qualification

Grade12 / Equivalent. Qualified Master Service Advisor/Technician.

Experience

At least 3 - 5 years relevant Service Management experience within the Motor Industry. Excellent technical and admin skills. Customer Relations knowledge.

Personal Characteristics

The Workshop Manager needs great communication and time management skills. A dedicated leader and goal-oriented individual.
