Overview of Role

A vacancy has arisen for a Parts Sales Cadet at Halfway Hyundai Port Shepstone, KwaZulu Natal. A division of Halfway Group Holdings, to facilitate customer needs and requests in a way that is informative, productive and efficient. The employment decision will be informed by the Employment Equity Plan and Workforce Profile requirements. It is the company's intention to promote equity (race, gender, and disability) through the filling of this position with a candidate whose transfer/ promotion/ appointment will promote representativity.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate would be required to provide professional parts service to all customers and attain targets. The potential candidate must be able to build new relationships with new customers.

Qualification

Applicants must have Grade 12 and be in a possession of a code 8 / 10 valid driver's license.

Experience

The candidate must have some experience in parts sales and be able to use all dealership systems. They must have had dealt with customers both telephonically and face to face and provide excellent service.

Personal Characteristics

Candidate applying for the position must be able to communicate, have product knowledge, good time management and proactive. they must have an existing customer data base, be able to work under pressure and also work with the existing parts team.
