Overview of Role

Halfway Jetour Port Shepstone is looking for  motivated and results-driven New Vehicle Sales Executives to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling new and/or used vehicles, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidates must live within close proximity of the dealership.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Sell vehicles and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Identify and follow up on potential customers and sales leads.

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives.

• Assist customers with vehicle selection, pricing, and trade-in enquiries.

• Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate new business.

• Manage sales enquiries, quotations, and customer records.

• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.

• Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately.

• Keep up to date with vehicle specifications, features, and promotions.

• Maintain professional standards and comply with dealership policies and procedures.

Qualification

Grade 12, Marketing Diploma or tertiary qualification will be an advantage. Driver's License.

Experience

Minimum 2 years vehicle sales experience is crucial, contactable references and 4 months commission sheets/ payslips which demonstrates a sales record of selling (6) or more vehicles per month

Personal Characteristics

Must be able to work in a Corporate Dealer environment. The successful candidate must be highly motivated, passionate, energetic, determined to succeed and have excellent people skills. Customer relationship management is a key factor, as is networking ability. Good admin and computer skills.
