A vacancy has arisen for an automotive Fitter at Halfway Toyota Ottery, Cape Town. Mechanical fitter provides detailed inspection, troubleshooting, oversight, and diagnosis of operational problems in plant and distribution systems. The employment decision will be informed by the Employment Equity Plan and Workforce Profile requirements. Be able to swiftly and comprehensively fault-find, rectify problems on mechanical equipment. Take the lead with safe working practices to ensure superior levels of safety and housekeeping are obtained - achieve zero lost time injuries in workshop. Ensure standard work practices and procedures are followed.

Ideally the candidate must have Grade 12 / Matric certifications required by the position,  NQF, N3 a valid driver's license.

Ideally the candidate must have related workshop fitter experience of 2 - 3 years worth.

The candidate must be friendly, helpful, physically fit and prepared to work weekends and on holidays.
