A vacancy has arisen for an Invoicing Clerk, at Honda Port Shepstone,To provide quality service and to meet the demands of the Department, whether internal or external, in a tactful,diplomatic, and friendly manner. Issuing order numbers, liaising with suppliers, requesting supplier invoices timeously and invoicing of sold vehicles. Maintain harmonious working relationship with Suppliers, both Internally and Externally. Printing of vehicle reports as required by Management. Assist with relief reception duties when required. General vehicle administration, compiling reports, updating stock ledgers and vehicle master records on Dealer Management System. Petty cash handling, reconciling cash float and claiming re-imbursements of cash float as and when required. General filing and arching of vehicle documents and monthly reports. Assist and support the sales team with general administration tasks.
The ideal candidate should have a Matric / Grade 12, a financial management diploma or certificate will be an added advantage. a valid drivers license, Code 8 / or C1.
The ideal canidate should have at least 2 years in a dealership environment, 1 year administrative experience.
Must be reliable, friendly, and have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Willing to work on Saturdays and Public Holidays when required by management.
